1. Your product is damaged or defective?

We got you covered! If you receive a damaged or defective product, all you have to do is send us a clear picture and contact us, your refund will be on its way. If you prefer to re-order the same product, just let us know and we will send you the same product. 

2. You received the wrong product?

If you have received the wrong product, please contact us to sort it out and provide you with a solution that satisfies you.

3. You have not received your product?

You are entitled for a full refund once the maximum delivery time is exceeded. Giftalone shipments are always trackable to ensure you have good visibility on your shipments.
